Local service interruption via uninitialized nodemask access

Use of an uninitialized resource in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service during NUMA memory-policy rebinding. When mpol_set_nodemask converts an empty MPOL_PREFERRED policy to MPOL_LOCAL, it leaves pol->w.cpuset_mems_allowed uninitialized, and mpol_rebind_policy later reads that nodemask during cpuset task migration. Reaching the path requires a local account able to set a memory policy and initiate the relevant cgroup or cpuset rebinding; the documented impact is limited to availability.
