Host interruption via misresolved VM_PFNMAP guest PTEs

Improper memory access in Linux KVM allows local users to interrupt host operation through VM_PFNMAP-backed guest memory mappings. The x86 guest PTE accessed/dirty-bit path treats vm_pgoff as a physical-frame base and maps the resulting unrelated PFNs into kernel space. Reachability requires local KVM access and non-/dev/mem VM_PFNMAP guest memory; the public record does not distinguish a hang, crash, or reboot.
