Local kernel crash via timer teardown race

Timer teardown race in the Linux hci_qca Bluetooth driver from 4.3 allows local users to crash the kernel during device removal. The qca_close path used del_timer() while its work queue could rearm wake_retrans_timer, allowing freed timer state to corrupt the timer list. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and a system using the hci_qca driver; the documented operational consequence is a kernel crash.
