Kernel memory disclosure and crash via regmap over-read

Out-of-bounds read in the isp1760 USB driver in Linux allows local users to disclose kernel memory or crash the system. During isp1760_register, a loop runs to HC_FIELD_MAX while four compile-sized regmap arrays omit the indexed sentinel member, causing a 20-byte read past an array boundary. The affected driver must register an ISP1760-family controller; observed consequences are kernel-memory exposure and a KASAN-detected fault.
