System hang via rtw89 CAM resource leaks

Resource leak in the Linux kernel rtw89 driver 5.16 through 5.18.2 allows local users to hang the system through repeated L2 resets. During restart, rtw89 releases CAM entries only for secured connections and reacquires already-valid entries, exhausting address and BSSID CAM slots. Realtek 8852AE hardware with the rtw89 driver and a locally triggered recovery reset is required; the bounded consequence is loss of system availability.
