Local service interruption via NPIV PLOGI memory leak

Memory leak in the lpfc SCSI driver in Linux allows local users to interrupt service through rejected NPIV PLOGI requests. The lpfc_ignore_els_cmpl() and lpfc_els_rsp_reject() failure paths leave login_mbox and service-parameter context buffers allocated after an NPIV PLOGI_RJT. Reachability requires an lpfc-backed Fibre Channel adapter with an NPIV virtual port and the rejection path; repeated leaks can exhaust kernel memory and interrupt service.
