Local service interruption via ath11k SSID array overflow

Buffer overflow in affected Linux kernel ath11k releases allows local users to interrupt service through a crafted Wi-Fi scan request. ath11k_mac_op_hw_scan copies as many as 16 SSIDs into the 10-entry scan_req_params array, allowing later entries to overwrite the extraie pointer. Reachability requires low-privileged local access, wpa_supplicant control, and compatible Qualcomm ath11k hardware; the bounded reported impact is availability loss.
