Kernel memory corruption via premature power-table free

Double free in AMD GPU power management in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to trigger memory corruption during initialization. The si_parse_power_table function frees adev->pm.dpm.ps after a member allocation failure without clearing the pointer, and si_dpm_fini later frees the same array while its count can remain stale. Reachability requires the AMD Southern Islands power-management initialization path and a member allocation failure; cleanup can then access uninitialized state, use freed memory, or crash the host.
