Kernel panic via uninitialized pp_funcs dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel 5.18 through 5.18.2 allows local users to crash the kernel through an AMDGPU context ioctl. When software SMU is disabled, amdgpu_ctx_fini calls amdgpu_ctx_set_stable_pstate, which dereferences an uninitialized pp_funcs pointer during context release. Local low-privileged access to the AMDGPU DRM ioctl path and affected AMD graphics support are required; a successful trigger panics the host kernel.
