Local kernel crash via Venus probe teardown

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux Venus HFI driver allows local users to crash the kernel through a probe failure. When pm_runtime_put_sync fails in venus_probe, error handling calls hfi_destroy before hfi_core_deinit; the first call clears core->ops, and the second dereferences it. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and a Qualcomm Venus HFI probe path that encounters the runtime power-management failure.
