Kernel resource leak via premature PCI disable

Resource leak in the Linux cx25821 media driver allows local users to impair availability by removing the affected kernel module. The cx25821_finidev function disables the PCI device before freeing its IRQ, leaving a nonempty procfs IRQ directory and leaking its entry.
