Service interruption via unhandled Fibre Channel frames

Resource exhaustion in the lpfc SCSI driver in affected Linux kernels allows local users to interrupt service via unhandled Fibre Channel frames. When lpfc_complete_unsol_iocb() finds no matching rctl handler, lpfc_sli4_send_seq_to_ulp() drops the received frame without returning its resources. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and an active lpfc Fibre Channel path; the documented consequence is availability loss from resource exhaustion.
