Kernel crash via premature device-resource release

Resource-lifetime flaw in the Linux Denali NAND PCI driver allows local users to crash the kernel during a failed device probe. The PCI error path manually unmaps register memory after denali_init has registered a managed interrupt, leaving denali_isr able to write through an unmapped MMIO pointer before the interrupt is released. Reachability requires a Denali PCI NAND controller, a failed probe, and an interrupt during cleanup; the bounded outcome is a kernel page fault and crash.
