Kernel crash via stale lpfc node reference

A reference-counting flaw in Linux 3.3 through 5.18.2 allows local users to crash the kernel through the lpfc SCSI driver. During an external loopback sequence, completion of a new FLOGI releases the fabric node object before the original ABTS completion passes the stale object to lpfc_set_rrq_active(). Triggering the oops requires an lpfc Fibre Channel adapter, a short external loopback test, removal of the loopback plug, and connection of a target device before the earlier abort times out.
