Kernel crash via fatal checksum offset assertions

Improper validation in skb_checksum_help() in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash the kernel through invalid checksum offsets. The function applies BUG_ON to checksum-start and checksum-field offsets derived from packet-buffer metadata instead of rejecting offsets outside the linear buffer. Local users with low privileges who reach the checksum helper with malformed packet metadata can trigger a kernel BUG and interrupt the host.
