Kernel crash via invalid admin queue quiesce

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel 3.19 through 5.18.2 allows local users to crash the system during an NVMe controller reset. nvme_alloc_admin_tags stores an ERR_PTR from blk_mq_init_queue in admin_q, but nvme_suspend_queue checks only for NULL and quiesces the invalid queue. Reaching the fault requires local low-privileged access, an NVMe PCI controller reset, and queue-allocation failure; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash and service interruption.
