Local system crash via unchecked platform resource

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash affected systems during Rockchip VOP binding. In vop_bind(), resource_size() dereferences the result of platform_get_resource() before devm_ioremap_resource() checks whether that result is NULL. Triggering requires low-privileged local access and a Rockchip VOP platform configuration whose resource lookup returns NULL; the resulting kernel fault interrupts availability.
