Local kernel crash via unchecked deadlock error

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel MDP5 display driver allows local users to crash the system during a modeset-lock deadlock. The mdp5_mixer_release function treats an -EDEADLK result from mdp5_get_global_state as valid global state and dereferences it instead of returning the error. Exploitation requires local access to exercise the Qualcomm MDP5 display path and causes an availability-only kernel crash.
