Local system crash via invalid PHY dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel 5.12 through 5.18.2 allows local users to crash the system through mt7915 receive-vector processing. In mt7915_mac_fill_rx_vector, a reported band index of 1 selects a nonexistent secondary PHY and then writes test statistics through the null pointer. Reachability requires CONFIG_NL80211_TESTMODE, an mt7915 chip without DBDC support, and a receive vector reporting band index 1; the resulting kernel fault interrupts service.
