Kernel memory corruption via unchecked hardware index

Out-of-bounds write in the Linux 5.16 rtw89 driver allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through an invalid hardware-reported mac_id. rtw89_phy_cfo_parse uses phy_ppdu->mac_id to update two 64-entry CFO tracking arrays without first checking that the index is below CFO_TRACK_MAX_USER. The condition requires a compatible Realtek 802.11ax PCIe adapter to report an out-of-range identifier during receive processing; the demonstrated consequence is kernel-memory corruption.
