Kernel memory exhaustion via unreleased advertisement buffers

Memory leak in Linux kernel 5.16 through 5.17.13 and 5.18 through 5.18.2 allows local users to exhaust memory via AMT advertisements. The AMT_MSG_ADVERTISEMENT branch in amt_rcv() exits after handling the message instead of reaching consume_skb(), retaining each packet buffer. Low-privilege local access to a host configured as an AMT gateway is required; accumulated buffers can interrupt service through memory exhaustion.
