Denial of service via unbalanced DFI enable count

Denial of service in the rk3399 DMC driver in Linux allows local users to disrupt the system by unbinding the DFI device. The rk3399_dmcfreq_remove path releases an enabled devfreq event device without first calling devfreq_event_disable_edev, leaving its enable count unbalanced. Reachability requires local access to an RK3399 system with the driver active and permission to unbind the DFI device.
