Kernel crash via bonding use-after-free race

Use-after-free in Linux 5.17 through 5.18.2 allows local users to crash the kernel through bonding timestamp configuration. bond_ethtool_get_ts_info reads the active slave without RCU protection while concurrent bond release can free that object before real_dev is used. Reaching the race requires local low-privileged access, a bonding device, and concurrent socket and bond reconfiguration; successful triggering can panic the kernel.
