Kernel crash via unchecked allocation failure

NULL pointer dereference in the TI SCI power-domain driver in Linux allows local users to crash the kernel during device probing. The ti_sci_pm_domain_probe function stores the devm_kcalloc result in pd_provider->data.domains and continues without checking for NULL. Reachability requires the TI SCI power-domain driver to probe a compatible platform and the allocation to fail; the bounded impact is a kernel crash.
