System hang via inverted NVDIMM lock chains

Improper locking in Linux kernel NVDIMM firmware activation allows local users to hang system transitions during device power operations. The firmware sysfs handlers hold nvdimm_bus_lock() across hibernate_quiet_exec(), which walks device topology while taking device locks and creates inverted lock chains. Reachability requires low-privileged local access and a platform exposing runtime NVDIMM firmware activation; the deadlock interrupts availability without reported data access or modification.
