System crash via cleared RTAS recoverability state

Denial of service in the Linux kernel's PowerPC RTAS code allows attackers to crash affected systems during a watchdog interrupt. The enter_rtas path clears the MSR recoverability-interrupt bit while switching execution modes, leaving an interrupt during RTAS without recoverable machine state. The failure requires a PowerPC system to take a watchdog interrupt while executing an RTAS call, and the observed consequence is an unrecoverable system reset.
