Service interruption via uninitialized cleanup lock

Improper resource initialization in Linux RDMA/hfi1 allows local users to interrupt service during failed PCI device probing. When probe fails before sdma_map_lock initialization, hfi1_free_devdata calls sdma_clean, which locks the uninitialized object despite sdma_map being null. The published assessment requires low-privileged local access; reported effects are an INFO trace and locking-validator shutdown, with no data access.
