Service interruption via unreleased XICS node reference

Resource leakage in the Linux kernel powerpc/XICS code allows local users to interrupt service on OPAL-based PowerPC systems. In icp_opal_init(), of_find_compatible_node() increments the interrupt-controller node reference count, but the function omits of_node_put() before returning. Reachability requires the OPAL XICS initialization path; the retained reference consumes kernel resources without disclosing or modifying data.
