Kernel warning via duplicate IOMMU clock disable

Improper clock handling in the MediaTek IOMMU driver in Linux 5.13 allows local users to trigger a kernel warning during device unbind. The mtk_iommu_remove function calls clk_disable even though runtime callbacks already control the IOMMU clock, causing a second disable operation. The path requires local access to write the driver's sysfs unbind interface; the documented consequence is a warning and call trace.
