Tracing utility crash via NULL record dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Linux rtla 5.18 through 5.18.2 allows local users to crash the tracing utility through the event option. In the osnoise and timerlat hist and top handlers, record remains NULL before osnoise_init_trace_tool, but the shared cleanup path dereferences it instead of bypassing record cleanup. Reaching the faulty path requires local access and tracing privileges; the reported consequence is termination of the rtla process, not a kernel crash or data compromise.
