Kernel hang via inverted sysfs lock order

Improper locking in the Linux block subsystem allows local users to hang the kernel through a sysfs read raced with disk removal. The blk_ia_range_sysfs_show() function takes the queue sysfs mutex while the sysfs node active reference is held, reversing the order used during removal. The gate is low-privileged local access plus concurrent device removal; the resulting deadlock interrupts the host.
