Kernel panic via stale cancelled request

Race condition in the Linux kernel DWC3 gadget driver allows local users to trigger a kernel panic during concurrent request cleanup. dwc3_gadget_ep_cleanup_cancelled_requests() caches the next cancelled_list entry, but gadget giveback drops the DWC3 lock and lets pullup disable remove that entry before cleanup resumes. Triggering the crash requires local low-privileged access, a DWC3 gadget configuration, concurrent UDC unbind or pullup disable, and list debugging enabled.
