Local kernel memory corruption via redundant remoteproc free

A double free in the MediaTek SCP remoteproc driver in Linux 5.18 through 5.18.3 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory. The scp_remove() path calls rproc_free() on scp->rproc even though devm_rproc_alloc() already registered that object for managed release. Reaching the fault requires low-privilege local access and a MediaTek SCP device removal event; the resulting double free can crash the kernel or corrupt kernel memory.
