Service interruption via watchdog timer overflow

Integer overflow in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service through the Renesas RZ/G2L watchdog driver. The rzg2l_wdt_get_cycle_usec function evaluates its timer multiplication as 32-bit arithmetic before assigning it to u64, allowing timer_cycle_us to wrap to zero. Triggering the flaw requires local low-privilege access to a system using this hardware-specific driver, and the published impact is limited to availability.
