Local service interruption via leaked flow rules

Memory leak in the Linux kernel nf_tables hardware-offload path allows local users to exhaust memory through rule transactions. The commit and commit-release paths destroy a transaction without destroying its flow-rule object when hardware offload is set. Low-privilege local access and an offloaded nftables chain are required; repeated transactions consume kernel memory and can interrupt service.
