Kernel panic via zero-sized statistics buffer

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 5.18.3 allows local users to trigger a kernel panic during papr_scm probing on POWER10 vPMEM LPARs. papr_scm_pmu_check_events omits a stat_buffer_len check and calls drc_pmem_query_stats with a zero-sized buffer for an NVDIMM lacking performance statistic IDs. The path is reached when HMC performance-information collection is disabled, and the resulting fault crashes the kernel during driver probing.
