Kernel crash via unchecked GRE checksum offset

Checksum validation failure in Linux kernel GRE transmission allows local users to crash the system with a malformed packet. After ipgre_xmit pulls an optional header, it fails to reject a CHECKSUM_PARTIAL skb whose csum_start precedes skb data, so lco_csum overflows. Reaching the fault requires low-privileged local access and the uncommon header_ops GRE path, including packets redirected through BPF.
