Service interruption via unlocked mlx5 device pairing

An interface-locking flaw in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to trigger a warning through an mlx5 E-Switch mode change. The mlx5 E-Switch offloads event path pairs devices without first filtering for LAG capability, then calls mlx5_get_next_phys_dev() without holding the required interface lock. Reaching the path requires local privileges and mlx5 E-Switch hardware; the unguarded call violates a lock assertion, with service interruption as the assessed consequence.
