Host crash via TCP congestion-window zero divide

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel builds allows remote attackers to crash a host via TCP MTU probing during established connections. tcp_mtup_probe checks snd_cwnd before starting a probe, but tcp_mtup_probe_success later recalculates it after congestion has reduced the window, allowing a zero value used by congestion-control division. A peer must drive a data-heavy TCP connection, induce loss after a probe starts, and acknowledge the probe; the documented consequence is host interruption without data disclosure or modification.
