System hang via exhausted bcache journal buckets

Improper locking in Linux bcache before 5.19 allows local users to hang cache-set registration during journal replay. When active journal buckets are full, a replayed bkey that splits a btree node can request journal metadata while reclamation waits for replay progress. Exploitation requires local access, sustained heavy write I/O, and cache-set registration after a reboot; the bounded consequence is a storage-service hang.
