Kernel crash via uninitialized transmit-ring selection

Kernel denial of service in Linux 3.15 through 5.18.2 allows local users to crash systems using rtl8180 or rtl8185 Wi-Fi cards. The rtl8180 driver indexes tx_ring with the skb priority even though QoS is unsupported and the selected ring is uninitialized with zero entries, causing a divide-by-zero panic. Reachability requires local control-port transmission through an rtl8180 or rtl8185 card; the reported consequence is a kernel crash.
