Service interruption via MIPS CPC reference leak

Reference-count leak in the MIPS CPC code in Linux allows local users to consume kernel resources and interrupt service. The mips_cpc_default_phys_base function obtains a device-tree node through of_find_compatible_node but fails to call of_node_put, leaving the node reference count elevated. Low-privileged local access and an affected MIPS CPC configuration are required; the leak affects availability, with no reported data disclosure or modification.
