Service interruption via DMA allocation integer overflow

Integer overflow in the ZynqMP DMA driver in Linux allows local users to interrupt service during DMA channel resource allocation. The zynqmp_dma_alloc_chan_resources and zynqmp_dma_free_chan_resources paths multiply two 32-bit values before widening the size, so the byte count can wrap. The vulnerable path is relevant only when the ZynqMP DMA driver is present and channel resources are allocated or freed.
