Authenticated backup disclosure via unchecked heartbeat callback

Missing authorization in BoldGrid Total Upkeep 1.14.13 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to obtain backup file paths. The heartbeat_received() callback returns backup-progress data containing filesystem paths without checking that the caller has an administrative capability. Subscriber-level access and a WordPress heartbeat request are sufficient to learn paths that can then be used to download backups.
