Local system crash via unchecked resource lookup

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to crash the system during ISP116x host-controller removal. The isp116x_remove function fails to verify the second platform_get_resource result before reading the absent resource in release_mem_region. Reachability requires the ISP116x driver and a device configuration lacking that memory resource when the controller is removed; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
