Local denial of service via uninitialized USB reads

Use of uninitialized data in the rtl8712 USB driver in Linux allows local users to cause a service interruption during device probing. The usb_read8, usb_read16, and usb_read32 helpers return an uninitialized stack value when r8712_usbctrl_vendorreq reports a failed control transfer. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and an rtl8712 USB device whose vendor request fails; the published impact is limited to availability.
