File-access hang via stale inline-data state

Denial of service in the Linux kernel CephFS client 5.18 through 5.18.3 allows local users to hang file access via buffered writes. ceph_uninline_data leaves ci->i_inline_version at its initial value, so a buffered write issues a synchronous MDS getattr while the client still holds Fwb and awaits a lock transition that requires revoking that cap. Triggering requires a CephFS mount with wsync and immediate buffered writing to a newly created O_RDWR file; the resulting deadlock hangs file access.
