Local kernel panic via zero clock modulo

Divide by zero in Linux allows local users to panic affected kernels through the AMD display clock-frequency calculation path. The get_pixel_clk_frequency_100hz function reads the MODULO register and passes its unchecked zero value as the divisor to div_u64. Access requires a local low-privileged context, and the resulting divide-by-zero interrupts the entire host rather than exposing or altering data.
