Kernel-memory read and write via access_ok overflow

Integer overflow in Linux access_ok on csky, hexagon, and microblaze allows local users to bypass user-address validation via syscalls. The architecture-specific checks accept an address and size when their sum wraps below the address limit, so kernel copy paths treat kernel addresses as user space. Unprivileged local syscall access is required; successful abuse enables kernel-memory reads or writes and can crash the host.
