Kernel panic via incorrect F2FS quota index

Denial of service in the Linux kernel's F2FS quota handling allows local users to trigger a kernel panic during quota synchronization. f2fs_quota_sync passes the quota type instead of the loop index to sb_has_quota_active, allowing a type value of -1 to bypass the active-quota check before inode_lock dereferences a null quota-file pointer. The path requires an F2FS filesystem with quota enabled; the demonstrated consequence is a kernel panic that stops the running system.
